All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Damaged/Defective Product

We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us promptly by emailing shop@modmisc.com within 14 days of product delivery. Please include photo proof of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer you a free replacement or a refund for the affected product.

Returns/Exchanges

As our products are custom-printed upon order, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects.

Lost in Transit/Returned to Sender due to Invalid Address

If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address provided or if it is lost in transit, we will issue a refund for the product price only.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for reasons other than damaged, defective items, or orders lost in transit. This includes changes of mind, dissatisfaction with the design, or incorrect sizing. For damaged items, please email photos to shop@modmisc.com for assistance with an exchange or carrier claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
